Substrate Preparation & Assessment
Surface Preparation
- Clean all surfaces thoroughly
- Remove dust, oil, and contaminants
- Rough surfaces improve adhesion
- Ensure surfaces are dry and solid
- No water absorption or dampness
Environmental Conditions
- Minimum substrate temperature: 5°C
- Minimum application temperature: 8°C
- Avoid application in wet conditions
- Protect from rain during processing
- Optimal conditions: 15-25°C
Application Instructions
Prepare Components
Ensure both components are at room temperature (15-25°C). Do not open containers until ready for use. Keep lids sealed until mixing begins.
Mix Precisely
Mix in the ratio of 2:1 by weight (Component A : Component B), or 1.8:1 by volume. Use a clean, non-porous mixing vessel. Stir thoroughly for 2-3 minutes until uniform color is achieved with no streaks.
Apply Mixture
Apply the mixed adhesive to the prepared substrate surface using a spatula, notched trowel, or brush, depending on application requirements. Work quickly as processing time is limited.
Position & Press
Position materials or substrates onto the adhesive layer and press firmly to achieve full contact. Adjust positioning within 45 minutes of mixing (processing time at 20°C).
Cure & Harden
Allow 7 days for full cure before subjecting the bonded materials to mechanical load. Initial set occurs within 24 hours, but full strength develops over the complete curing period.
