Product Description
Clip-on profile for starter track is designed to clip directly onto an aluminium starter track, creating a neat, weatherproof finish at the base of an EWI system where the insulation meets the wall. It combines the track with a fibreglass mesh wing, tying the two together and adding strength at one of the most exposed points of the system.

Key Features

• Clips securely onto aluminium starter track for a fast, straightforward fit
• Integrated fibreglass mesh wing runs up the front of the insulation, embedding into the basecoat for reinforcement
• Built-in drip nose stops water running down the render face from tracking back toward the wall, reducing the risk of damp at the base
• UV stable, weatherproof, and impact resistant
• Available in 6mm, 10mm, and 14mm profile thicknesses to match your insulation board depth
• Length: 2.5m per piece

Application: Fit after the aluminium starter track is installed and levelled, before boarding. We'd recommend buying starter track and clip-on profile in equal quantities, since they're designed to be installed together.

Professional-grade flexible corner bead for render and plaster systems. Reinforces corners at variable angles with integrated fibreglass mesh for lasting adhesion and crack resistance.

Corner protection is one of the most critical — and most overlooked — parts of any render or plastering job. Our uPVC Flexible Corner Bead with Fibreglass Mesh delivers reliable reinforcement at both standard and irregular angles, giving you a clean, durable finish every time.

The flexible uPVC profile conforms to uneven or angled corners without kinking, making it suitable for both new builds and retrofit external wall insulation systems. The integrated fibreglass mesh wings embed firmly into the render base coat, locking the bead in place and significantly reducing the risk of cracking at stress points around openings, reveals, and corners.

Sold as a 2.5m length — ideal for individual openings, window surrounds, and door reveals without wastage.

Key Benefits:

• Flexible profile fits standard and non-standard corner angles
• Fibreglass mesh wings ensure strong mechanical bond with base coat render
• Impact-resistant uPVC resists damage during and after application
• UV and weatherproof — suitable for external use
• Clean, straight edge guide for a professional render line
• Compatible with all standard silicone, mineral, and acrylic render systems

Product Description
This strong Covering Roll (Protective Film) is an essential component for surface protection during rendering, painting, and EWI (External Wall Insulation) systems. The film is designed to protect surrounding areas such as windows, doors, floors, and adjacent surfaces from dust, moisture, paint, and plaster splashes during construction work.
The covering roll ensures that finished surfaces remain clean and damage-free while work is carried out. Its flexibility allows it to adapt easily to different surfaces and shapes, while its strength ensures resistance to tearing during application and removal.
The film can also be used in areas requiring temporary protection during renovation or finishing works. It is ideal for masking large areas quickly due to its wide coverage (200 cm), reducing installation time and improving efficiency on-site.

Product Description

This end profile with fibreglass mesh (12.5mm) creates a clean, straight, reinforced finishing edge wherever render or plaster stops, such as at window and door frames or where the render meets another surface. The mesh wing is bedded into the basecoat, tying the profile into the render system and helping to reduce cracking along the edge.

Key Features

• Gives a neat, straight termination edge for a professional finish
• Helps reduce cracking at the junction between render and adjoining surfaces
• Size: 12.5mm
• Sold per piece

Application

Fix along the edge where the render finishes before basecoating, then fully embed the mesh wing into the basecoat and smooth it in. Apply the finish render up to the profile for a clean, reinforced edge.
