Order Processing

●      All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).

●      Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

●      Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping details.

Delivery Timeframes

We currently deliver across the United Kingdom.

Standard Parcel Delivery

●      Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days

Bulk & Pallet Deliveries

●      Large / Bulk Orders: 2–7 business days depending on size and location

●      Bulk orders are typically shipped via Pallet Ways, our specialist bulk shipping partner.

Small Package Shipping

●      Status: We are currently finalizing arrangements for small package shipping solutions.

●      In the interim, please contact us at info@onestoprender.co.uk or +44 7955 544999 for quotes on orders that don't qualify for standard parcel delivery.

●      We aim to launch a complete small package shipping solution shortly.

Please note:

●      Delivery times may vary due to stock availability, courier delays, or peak periods.

●      Remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.

Shipping Charges

●      Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

○      Order size and weight

○      Delivery location

●      For bulk or pallet deliveries, shipping charges will be clearly communicated before dispatch.

Courier Partners

●      Standard Parcels: Shipped via major UK parcel couriers with tracking provided upon dispatch.

●      Bulk and Pallet Deliveries: Shipped via Pallet Ways, our specialist pallet delivery partner, with tracking provided by the courier.

●      Tracking information will be provided to you via email once your order is dispatched.

Bulk & Pallet Deliveries

●      Heavy or bulk items (e.g., insulation boards, render buckets, adhesives) are delivered via pallet through our partner Pallet Ways.

●      Customers must ensure:

○      Suitable access for delivery vehicles

○      Someone is available to receive the delivery at a specified time

●      Failed delivery attempts due to access issues, unavailability, or restrictions may incur additional charges for re-delivery.

Delivery Address

●      Please ensure all delivery details are accurate at checkout.

●      We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses.

●      For bulk orders, please ensure your delivery address can accommodate pallet/large vehicle access.

Order Tracking

●      Once dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email (if available from the courier).

●      For pallet deliveries via Pallet Ways, the courier may contact you directly to arrange a specific delivery time and access requirements.

Damaged or Missing Items

●      Please inspect your order upon delivery immediately.

●      Any damages or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

To report issues, please contact us with:

●      Order number

●      Photos of damage (if applicable)

●      Brief description of the issue

We will investigate and resolve issues promptly.

Delivery Restrictions

●      We currently ship within the UK only.
