Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping details.

Delivery Timeframes

We currently deliver across the United Kingdom.

  • Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days
  • Large / Bulk Orders: 2–7 business days depending on size and location

Please note:

  • Delivery times may vary due to stock availability, courier delays, or peak periods.
  • Remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
    • Order size and weight
    • Delivery location
  • For bulk or pallet deliveries, additional charges may apply and will be clearly communicated before dispatch.

Bulk & Pallet Deliveries

  • Heavy or bulk items (e.g., insulation boards, render buckets, adhesives) may be delivered via pallet or specialist courier.
  • Customers must ensure:
    • Suitable access for delivery vehicles
    • Someone is available to receive the delivery

Failed delivery attempts due to access issues may incur additional charges.

Delivery Address

  • Please ensure all delivery details are accurate at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses.

Order Tracking

  • Once dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email (if available).
  • For pallet deliveries, the courier may contact you directly to arrange delivery.

Damaged or Missing Items

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery.
  • Any damages or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
