This plug is a plug specially designed for attaching insulation panels of expanded polystyrene (EPS), mineral wool (MW), shaped polyurethane (PUR), extruded polystyrene (XPS) and expanded cork to A, B, C, D and E type base materials with or without plaster, mechanically to a surface or base material (wall or facade).
It has European approval ETA 21-0823 for fixing of external thermal insulation composite systems.

Window reveal bead with mesh gives a clean, professional finish where render meets the window or door frame, while protecting that junction — one of the most common failure points on any EWI or render system — from cracking, draughts, and water ingress.
Key Features
- Self-adhesive backing strip holds the bead securely in place during application, keeping alignment consistent along the full run
- Integrated fibreglass mesh wings embed directly into the basecoat, reinforcing the joint against movement cracks
- Closed-cell polyethylene foam core forms a compressible, weatherproof seal that absorbs natural building movement without breaking the seal
- Protective drip lip sheds water away from the window/door frame for an extra layer of weather resistance
- Length: 3m per piece
Application: Fix along the window or door reveal before basecoating, ensuring the mesh wings are fully embedded and smoothed into the render. Suitable for most EWI and traditional render systems.
