Product Description

Speed Tynk is a ready-to-use accelerator that speeds up the setting and drying of Lakma renders and paints by improving water evaporation, without reducing their performance properties. It's specifically designed for facade work carried out in cold, damp conditions where drying time would otherwise be a problem.

• Speeds up initial setting and drying time of dispersion-based renders and paints
• Suitable for use at temperatures as low as 0°C, up to +10°C
• Effective at relative humidity up to approximately 80%
• Treated material gains resistance to sudden temperature drops and rainfall within 6–8 hours of application
• Does not reduce the performance or properties of Lakma renders and paints
• Volume: 250ml

Compatible With

Acrylic, silicate, silicate-silicone, and silicone thin-coat renders, and acrylic, silicate, and silicone facade paints from the Lakma range.

Application

Add directly to render or paint immediately before use, at a rate of 1% by weight — that's the full 250ml bottle per 25kg of render, or 100ml per 10 litres of paint. Shake the bottle thoroughly before use, and mix thoroughly into the render or paint after adding. Setting time depends on ambient temperature and humidity.
