Application Instructions

  1. Mix Thoroughly: Add 11-13 liters clean water to 25kg bag. Mix with mechanical mixer or by hand until uniform mortar consistency is achieved. Allow 10-15 minutes rest, then remix before application.
  2. Prepare Substrate: Clean and dampen masonry surface. Remove any loose material, previous failed plaster coatings, and debris.
  3. Apply First Coat: Apply 10-15mm thickness using trowel or spray application. Work systematically in sections, maintaining consistent edge control.
  4. Cure First Coat: Allow 7-10 days drying between coats depending on temperature, humidity, and substrate porosity. Protect from rain during curing.
  5. Apply Finish Coat: Apply final 5-10mm layer for smooth, uniform white surface finish. Trowel finish or textured as required.
